Don't measure one night, measure several

There are many sensors and apps that can measure your sleep. But whether they're on your phone or your smart watch, they only measure last night's sleep. You may have had a good night's sleep or a bad night's sleep and there is nothing to compare it to. This makes it difficult to spot patterns that develop over time and could be the answer to why you're not sleeping optimally. With our Sleep Tracker, you get a long-term measurement that provides an accurate sleep analysis.

Personal advice that gives you energy
There's a lot of good advice about sleeping smarter. One problem is figuring out what's right for you. That's where we think our Sleep Tracker can really make a difference. The data collected about your sleep is used to provide personalised advice, beyond basic facts like "don't use your mobile or tablet before you go to sleep". Our sensor can be much more specific because it knows so much both about sleep patterns in general and about your sleep in particular.


AYA of Sweden Sleep Tracker

Located under your mattress, the sensor maps your sleep phases by measuring your heartbeat, breathing and movement. It also measures the temperature and humidity of the room. Your sleep data is saved and uploaded to the app whether you have your mobile turned on or not. Our Sleep Tracker has memory capacity for up to two years of sleep data. With its clean design, it won't interfere with your other bedroom decor and you can easily take it with you if you're going on the road.


How does it work?

1. The sensor contains a piezoelectric band that measures microscopic vibrations.
2. The vibrations are broken down into heartbeat, breathing and movement.
3. Algorithms put the signals together to form your sleep curve.
